As a result of this new chapter, the company was rebuilt and
officially renamed Cobol Miranday Construction Company
in January 2026 being managed by her husband Romanito A.
Miranday and later being collaborated with Mr. Arniel M.
Cobol. The rebranding reflects a renewed commitment to
excellence, modern construction practices, and sustainable
development, while continuing the strong foundation
established over the past decade.
Today, Cobol Miranday Construction Company moves
forward with the same dedication to quality and client
satisfaction, strengthened by partnership, experience, and a
