CMCC has been a major force in the construction sector for
more than nine years formerly known as RUM Construction
and eventually progress in the field as Cobol Miranday
Construction Company navigating major infrastructure
obstacles and labor difficulties. The company was faced with
difficult challenges from the start, such as managing intricate
projects with a small workforce and making sure that quality
requirements were constantly fulfilled. In addition to
overcoming these challenges, Rum Construction established
a
reputation for dependability and project execution
excellence via innovation and a dedication to staff training.
Rum Construction faced previously unheard-of difficulties
when the COVID-19 epidemic struck, which temporarily
sapped their optimism as safety requirements were enforced
and projects were delayed. The company had to deal with a
halt in operations as well as severe manpower constraints
because many employees were unable to continue owing to
health issues. But Rum Construction’s steadfast commitment
to operational effectiveness and flexibility allowed the
company to swiftly change course, looking for creative ways
to get through these challenging times while putting its
workers’ health and safety first.

Following these challenges, Rum Construction has emerged
stronger than ever, ranking among the industry’s most highly
recommended construction services. The company’s
perseverance and commitment to quality service have not
gone unnoticed, resulting in renewed trust among clients and
industry
stakeholders alike. Rum Construction has
established itself as a leader in the construction industry,
demonstrating that resilience and dedication can triumph
even in the most difficult circumstances of the COVID-19
pandemic posed unprecedented challenges.
With over a decade of experience in the construction industry,
the company formerly known as RUM Construction has built
a solid reputation for reliability, quality workmanship, and
steady growth. Over the past 10 years, the company
successfully delivered a wide range of construction projects,
earning the trust of clients through commitment, integrity,
and consistent performance.
As the construction industry continued to evolve and expand,
owner Lilibeth Miranday recognized the opportunity to
strengthen the company’s capabilities and long-term vision.
In pursuit of growth and innovation, she entered into a
strategic partnership with a business partner to enhance
operational capacity, broaden services, and position the
company for greater success.

As a result of this new chapter, the company was rebuilt and
officially renamed Cobol Miranday Construction Company
in January 2026 being managed by her husband Romanito A.
Miranday and later being collaborated with Mr. Arniel M.
Cobol. The rebranding reflects a renewed commitment to
excellence, modern construction practices, and sustainable
development, while continuing the strong foundation
established over the past decade.
Today, Cobol Miranday Construction Company moves
forward with the same dedication to quality and client
satisfaction, strengthened by partnership, experience, and a
clear vision for the future.
